BOD question [I'm back]

Hi bods! remember ung ques ko sa last natin forum? Di na nasundan un eh... Pero ito mayron tayong bagong question....

nagababasa kasi ako ng constitution when I saw this article.





ARTICLE XIX



SUSPENSION, IMPEACHMENT, RESIGNATION AND
VACANCY OF OFFICE

particularly sa section 2:






Section 2. A
Student Branch Officer may be subjected to impeachment on the following
grounds:


a.
Violation
of the organization’s Constitution.


b.
Violation
as set by the Office of Student Affairs.


c.
Any
other acts that can jeopardize the unity and integrity of the Mapúa-IEEE.


d.
Violation
of contracts given during induction of officers.


Ask ko lang... If an officer fraud a tambay folder is he/she subjected to be impeached? What will be your basis for reconsideration for that case? If ever they did not met the compensation you gave them for reconsideration, so that means na impeach na sila tama ba ako?

pwede ba ko makisagot?? hahaha... kahit di ako naging BOD... hehehe...
BOD naman ako dati sa ibang org nga lang... hahaha...

pero may alam din naman ako sa mga bagay bagay sa consti dito... hehehe...

well... violation of the constitution is one factor and violation of contracts is another factor... hehehe... so ayun dun pa lang basis na un for that case.... hehehe...
pero xempre in every case there must be an evidence without evidence it will no be considered as fraudulent act...

Kasi sa case na ito, the violator/s is/are already find out guilty. Kaya nga di ba tinanong ko what is their basis for re - consideration? because I belive in second chance so I assume the MOB are also giving second chance. Eh, panu nga kung binigyan sila ng second chance but still di pa rin nagawa... Anu ang action for them?

for me, ala naman case yung sa pag fraud ng tambay hours.. kasi maytinatawag nga tayung remuneration, which is yung pagbibigay ng something for doing something..

inde naman sa nisasabi ko na lahat ng tambay ay dinadaya, or officers really do this kind of stuffs, but ala naman sa consti yung about sa tambay phase na magiging cause ng termination...

or kung meron, pakisulat nalang dito, inde ko na kasi maalala yung consti weh..

or kung ihihiglight mo yung section 2 c, well, its not.. para sakin ahh

Mmhhh... Well, it is true that the constitution does not mention anything about the tambay's regulations... But also remember that ONE of the core values of MAPUA IEEE is INTEGRITY di ba... C'mon dapat kung officer ka you must set an example for good not as mambo jumbo violator of the rules /mischievousness.

For me I believe that fraudulent of tambay is considered as a violation of MAPUA IEEE's Integrity... Hahaha!!! Ano na lang ba ang sasabihin ng iba.. Ganito ba, "Ay madali lang ung application sa IEEE kasi friend ko naman ung isang officer pwede na akong di tumambay sagot na niya ako."Do you want this kind of feedback? Hehehe!!! Don't take it very seriously ha.. PEACE tayo

inde lang naman po tambay ang basehan ng pagpasa sa i3e.. period..

copy of the constitution is located at any yahoogroups provided by the Mapua IEEE... hehehe...

with regards to the statement of Mr. Frian Moral... hahaha.... gaya gaya ka ng word wrong usage pa... hahaha... hanapin na lang ng iba kung ano un! hahaha... eto seryoso na... hehehe... well may point ka nga but then each of us has its own perception on that... well kung ang desisyon ng BOD eh palagpasin... walang magagawa about it.... kasi once the decision has been made... final na un... hehehe...

and like what xave has said di lang siya ung basehan ng pagpasa... hehehe... wala ngang bearing un sa grade eh... kasi tambay is just to let the members and officers know the applicants... parang mere acquiantance... hehehe...

yung officers kasi ung nandaya ng tambay folders ng mga applis. XD

yeah.. I know what are you trying to say na hindi lang tambay ang basis to pass the application... But anu pa ba significant nun if ganito rin lang hehehe!! Kasi may mga bumabagsak dahil sa tambay di ba hahaha!!! unfair... dahil lang sa officers may nakakalusot hahaha!!!


Anyway,Ginpao anung mali sa sinabi ko? hahaha!!

Depende... Kung may CFG at PDA na... Pwede na ang 800 minimum hahaha!!! Depende pa rin kung sino nagpapagawa... But pag wala pang CFG at PDA tapos ako pa ang coding.... 3k na ung minimum hahaha!!! BAkit?

ayan yung gusto kong sabihin inde ko nasabi.. ahaha..

uhmm, ayun po sabi ni ginpao na ang tabay is now a requirement, its a must.. para makilala nila yung officers, members, and other applicants.. and ayun nga, ala syang grade, though may minimum tambay hours tayu para ma-meet natin yung gusto natin na makilala natin sila at makilala tayu.. kaya ayun.. inde ko naman nisasabi na ganun lahat ng officer, or ganun ako, but ayun.. siguro mali nga yung ginagawa ng officers na nidadaya yung tambay nila, pero minsan nasa sarili na din yun weh.. kung deserve ng appli, why not.. inde lang naman bod or execom ang pede magbigay ng incentives or rewards.. kahit sinu pede..

magshashare sana ako ng kuwento dito, pero wak nalang... baka mapahamak pa ako.. jowk.. wahahaha
